Today Nesti Dante srl is one of the few factories that continues to use the traditional saponification method, despite its industrial size. The process takes place in large containers called "boilers". This is a typical artisanal operation and takes several days. During this operation, the presence of the soap kettle is extremely important to control all the different stages of the saponification process.
